Overnight Oatmeal

Last night I did my first night of the 12 week bootcamp. I'm starting with working out 3 days a week, because I have yoga on Tuesdays and we've started taking Kato for a walk most nights. I think if I don't start small its going to be too much and I won't stick with it. I'm pretty sore this morning from the bootcamp. The bootcamp is from the biggest loser workout on my Wii. Its twelve weeks, and I do a one hour cardio twice and a boxercise once and then a challange and weigh-in. I've been setting my alarm in the morning to get up but I just can't get myself to roll out of bed. I'm going to keep setting my alarm and eventually my internal alarm will get used to waking up early and I will be able to get out of bed... hopefully anyway.

I made this oatmeal last night and it was ready for me this morning! All I had to do was warm it up!

I've been working on my photography, but the lighting in our house is so bad... I get shadows in everything!

Overnight Oatmeal
serves 1 / 5 P+

2/3 cup milk
1/3 steel cut oats
1 banana, chopped up
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp flax seeds

Pour all the ingredients into a jar, shake and stick in the fridge overnight. In the morning take it out, pour into a bowl and stick it in the microwave for a minute or two. Add a bit more milk and enjoy!
